This policy explains what data Tandem Audio does and does not collect. The short version: your audio and your data stay on your Mac.

The app

Tandem Audio routes sound between your own devices. It does not record, stream, upload, or sell your audio. Audio never leaves your Mac.

Tandem does not require an account and does not ask for your email or personal information. Any optional diagnostics are off by default and, if enabled, contain no audio and no personally identifying information.

This website

The Tandem website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to understand which pages are helpful. The analytics script loads only after you opt in. It does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

If you decline, no analytics are loaded and no events are sent.

Purchases

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction. We do not receive your payment details.

Your choices

You can change your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which restores the opt-in prompt.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
