Tips

Pick your two outputs: Open Tandem from the menu bar, tap the two headphones you want, and play. They join the group instantly.
Get your volume back: Use the Tandem master slider or your keyboard volume keys — not the greyed-out system slider on the Multi-Output Device.
Balance a pair: If one side is louder, nudge that device's trim down a little. The master still moves both together.
Add a guest: Tap Add guest, pick their headphones, share the movie, then remove them when you land.
