These terms govern your use of the Tandem Audio website and application ("Tandem"). By downloading or using Tandem, you agree to them.

The app

Tandem Audio is a one-time paid application distributed exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store. Your purchase, license, updates, and refunds are governed by Apple's Mac App Store terms in addition to these terms.

License

Tandem grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on the Macs associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with the App Store's usage rules. This license does not allow you to distribute or make Tandem available to any third party.

Acceptable use

Use Tandem only to route audio between devices you are authorized to use on your own Mac. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app except as expressly permitted by applicable law or the App Store terms.

Privacy and data

Tandem routes audio entirely on your Mac. No audio is ever transmitted, uploaded, or shared with any external service. The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No warranty

Tandem is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Audio synchronization depends on your hardware and the characteristics of your Bluetooth devices and may vary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maker of Tandem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Tandem.

Third-party terms

Tandem is distributed through the Apple Mac App Store. Apple's terms and policies apply to your purchase and use of the app. Apple is not responsible for Tandem or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Tandem after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
