These terms govern your use of the Tandem Audio website and application ("Tandem"). By using Tandem, you agree to them.

The app

Tandem Audio is a one-time paid application distributed through the Apple Mac App Store. Your purchase, license, updates, and refunds are governed by Apple's Mac App Store terms in addition to these terms.

License

Tandem grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on the Macs associated with your Apple ID, in accordance with the App Store's usage rules.

Acceptable use

Use Tandem only to route audio between devices you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the App Store terms.

No warranty

Tandem is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Audio synchronization depends on your hardware and Bluetooth devices and may vary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maker of Tandem is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
